个人猜想：这个问题和 cookie 有关，谷歌账号的 cookie 被清。

方案一

I have found this work-around

In the affected Chrome account, open a blank tab and type the following:
chrome://flags/#account-consistency
In the drop-down box on the right, choose "disable."
Now, relaunch the browser.

意思也就是打开 chrome://flags/#account-consistency，把高亮的设置改为 disable，重启 Chrome 即可。

方案二

设置里面，把自己的谷歌账号关闭，并 将设置还原为原始模式设置。

重启 Chrome，再次登录自己的谷歌账号即可。

方案三

打开 chrome://settings/content/cookies ，仅将本地数据保留到您退出浏览器为止 取消勾选。重启 Chrome 即可。
